Terms of Service
The rules, rights, and responsibilities that govern your use of Bondvia: Live Video Chat.
Acceptance & Eligibility
- By using Bondvia you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
- You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You confirm that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- If you are accessing the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms
- We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Bondvia is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Bondvia. Violation may result in immediate and permanent account termination.
- Nudity and explicit sexual content — including in profile pictures, photo albums, video calls, and chat messages
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors. This includes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming behavior, solicitation, or any other form of child sexual exploitation. Zero tolerance. Immediate permanent ban. Mandatory reporting to NCMEC via CyberTipline (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and referral to law enforcement. No warnings, no appeals.
- Impersonation — creating a false identity, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age
- Hate speech — content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Harassment and threats — bullying, threatening, stalking, or repeatedly contacting users who have not responded
- Spam and bots — unsolicited promotional messages, fake profiles, automated bots, or repetitive content
- Harmful content — content promoting self-harm, violence, dangerous activities, or illegal acts
- Solicitation — soliciting money, financial information, or personal contact details from other users
- Third-party platform promotion — promoting or redirecting users to other platforms, social media, or competing services
- Unauthorized access — attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure
Profile & Photo Rules
Your profile picture and photo album must comply with the following rules at all times.
- Your own face must be clearly visible — profile pictures must show your real face without heavy filters that obscure identity
- No nudity or explicit content — our system detects nudity both when your face is visible in the image AND when it is not
- No group photos — profile pictures must show only you
- No minors — photos must not include anyone under 18 years of age
- Photo album — up to 9 photos allowed; all subject to the same moderation rules as profile pictures
- Accurate representation — photos must reasonably represent your current appearance
Video Chat Rules
- Face must remain visible — keep your face in the camera frame at all times during a live video call
- No body exposure — do not point the camera at your body or expose yourself during video calls
- Polite behavior required — a behavior reminder is shown before each call; you agree to comply
- No recording — recording, screenshotting, or capturing any part of a video call without the other user’s explicit consent is prohibited
- Real-time monitoring — ML Kit monitors face visibility during video calls. If your face disappears from frame, the video feed is automatically blurred for the other user
Content Moderation
Bondvia uses an automated on-device content moderation pipeline powered by Google ML Kit. All image moderation runs on your device before any image is uploaded to our servers.
1. Face Detection — verifies a valid face is present (required for profile pictures)
2. Pose Detection — flags body-focused images that suggest inappropriate content
3. Image Labeling — detects skin, abdomen, chest, and human body labels
4. Skin Pixel Ratio Analysis — 35% threshold for Google users; 30% for Guest users
If any signal indicates a violation, the image is blocked on your device before upload. Nothing inappropriate ever reaches Bondvia servers.
In addition to automated moderation, all user reports are reviewed by the Bondvia moderation team through a dedicated admin dashboard. Human moderators can take enforcement actions including content removal, warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, and law enforcement escalation.

Bondvia reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation at its sole discretion. Enforcement actions are final. We are not obligated to provide warnings before taking action in cases of severe violations.

Subscriptions & Billing
- Weekly VIP — Rs 300 per week, auto-renewing
- Monthly VIP — Rs 600 per month, auto-renewing (3-day free trial available)
- All payments are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. Bondvia never directly handles your payment card data.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
- Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription
- No refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period (subject to Google Play refund policy)
- Guest login users are not eligible for VIP subscriptions — a Google login account is required
Reporting System
You can report any user or content via the in-app Report button. All reports are reviewed by the Bondvia moderation team. The following categories are available:
- Underage — highest priority; immediate moderator review
- Child abuse — highest priority; immediate moderator review and law enforcement escalation if applicable
- Sexual or pornography content
- Hate speech
- Violent or cruel content
- Spam or rumours
- Harmful speech
False or malicious reports submitted in bad faith may themselves result in enforcement action against the reporting account.
Intellectual Property
The Bondvia App, including its design, logo, code, features, and content created by us, is owned by strangerchat.partner and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload to Bondvia (profile photos, bio, chat messages). By uploading content, you grant Bondvia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the App. This license ends when you delete your account or the content in question.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Bondvia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
User interactions: Bondvia is a platform that connects users. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or actions of any user. All interactions with other users are at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, strangerchat.partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
Bondvia may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account data is processed for deletion within 30 days of your request. A 30-day grace period is available — you may restore your account by logging back in within this window.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the laws of Pakistan and international regulations applicable to digital platforms and user-generated content services. Where applicable, the laws of the user’s jurisdiction may also apply, including GDPR for users in the European Economic Area and COPPA for protection of minors globally.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith communication with us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com.
State Age Protection Compliance
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Good-Faith Resolution First: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to address your concern within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, both parties agree that disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law prohibits this. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with rules agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of the arbitration clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Bondvia on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bondvia.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless strangerchat.partner and its affiliates, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Bondvia app or any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the app
- Your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
- Any content you post that causes harm to another user or third party
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
