Welcome to Bondvia – Live Video Chat. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bondvia mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using Bondvia, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)
Bondvia is intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Accounts determined to belong to minors will be suspended or removed.
2. Description of the Service
Bondvia is a social communication platform that allows users to:
- Connect with people through live video chat
- Send and receive text messages
- Match with users based on interests
- Engage in global social communication
Bondvia does not guarantee user availability, compatibility, or outcomes of interactions.
3. User Accounts
Users may create an account using Google Sign-In or other supported login methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities conducted through it.
Providing inaccurate information, including false age verification, may result in suspension or termination of the account.
4. User Conduct
When using Bondvia, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
- Share illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Promote illegal services or activities
All users must comply with our Community Guidelines.
5. User-Generated Content
Bondvia allows users to create and share content such as profile photos, messages, and video chat interactions.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share. By submitting content, you grant Bondvia a limited license to host, display, moderate, and remove content for the purpose of operating the Service.
Bondvia reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.
6. Live Video Chat Disclaimer
Video calls and chats are real-time interactions created by users. Bondvia does not pre-screen all live communications and cannot guarantee the behavior of other users.
We do not record video calls by default. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the in-app block and report features immediately.
7. Safety and Moderation
Bondvia maintains moderation systems to help enforce community rules. Reported content or suspicious activity may be reviewed by moderators.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including cases involving harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.
Bondvia may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when legally required.
8. Advertising and Rewarded Features
Bondvia may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements required to unlock certain features.
Advertising content may be provided by third-party networks, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.
Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies. Bondvia does not store payment card details.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Bondvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:
- Violate these Terms
- Break Community Guidelines
- Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
- Attempt to abuse or manipulate the platform
11. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion within the app settings. Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days.

12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, logos, and platform content are owned by strangerchat.partner or licensed appropriately.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bondvia is not responsible for user behavior, user-generated content, or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless strangerchat.partner from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the publisher’s jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with local laws when using the Service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
