These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Bondvia services (“Bondvia”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Bondvia mobile applications, website(s), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. For information about how we collect and handle your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for adults 18 years or older. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not register or use Bondvia. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum age. 

2. Account registration & access

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use & user conduct

You may use Bondvia only for lawful, non-commercial, and appropriate social interactions. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defraud, stalk, or impersonate others;

  • Post or transmit pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, or other unlawful content;

  • Solicit sex, prostitution, or sexual services;

  • Solicit personal data from minors or facilitate contact with minors;

  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized commercial activities;

  • Interfere with or degrade the Services or attempt to access another user’s account;

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise collect data for unauthorized purposes.

Bondvia expects users to respect boundaries and community standards; we prohibit nudity and sexually explicit content in profiles and in interactions, and we require consent and respect in communications. Our Community Guidelines (and enforcement) reflect these expectations.

4. User Content; license grant

  • “User Content” means content you post, upload, message, or otherwise make available through the Services (profile photos, messages, images, text, etc.).

  • You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. By posting User Content you grant Bondvia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and operate the Services and provide related functionality (for the duration necessary to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy).

  • You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Moderation & reporting

  • We may moderate User Content using automated tools and human reviewers to enforce these Terms and our Community Guidelines. We may remove or restrict access to content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate our rules.

  • We encourage users to report abusive or unsafe behavior using the in-app report feature. We retain copies of reported content as necessary to investigate and respond to incidents.

  • Because safety is essential, Bondvia reserves the right to remove any content or take action at our discretion to protect users and comply with law. Poorly moderated “random chat” designs have led to serious harm on other platforms; we therefore enforce moderation and safety controls proactively. WIRED

6. Safety features & responsibilities

  • Bondvia provides reporting, blocking, and other safety tools. Using them helps make the community safer.

  • You are responsible for your interactions on the platform. Do not share sensitive personal information with strangers. If you encounter illegal behavior or threats of harm, you should contact local law enforcement in addition to reporting within the app.

7. Payments, subscriptions & refunds

  • If you subscribe or purchase in-app products, payments are processed by Google Play Billing or a third-party payment processor. Your payment is subject to the payment processor’s terms as well as ours.

  • Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the store policies (e.g., Google Play or other payment provider rules). See the app store billing support docs and our Help Center for details. We may charge taxes where required by law.

  • We reserve the right to suspend paid features for accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Prohibited content & zero-tolerance items

You must not use the Services to share or promote: child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, graphic violence, terrorist propaganda, or any content that violates applicable criminal law. We will cooperate with law enforcement and may report information as required by law.

9. Intellectual property

  • Bondvia and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Bondvia (excluding User Content).

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit Bondvia’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & data handling

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, with whom it is shared, and how to exercise rights (access, deletion, portability). By using Bondvia you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. No recording of live calls (default)

Bondvia does not record or store live video or audio calls by default. Camera and microphone access is used only to enable live communication. If we introduce a recording or verification feature, we will ask for explicit consent and disclose retention practices.

12. Termination & account deletion

  • You may delete your account via the in-app deletion flow or by contacting support. Deletion will be handled consistent with our Privacy Policy and the timelines we publish.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.

13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONDVIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • BONDVIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, CONTENT, OR MISCONDUCT OF OTHER USERS; WE CANNOT GUARANTEE USER SAFETY.

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY), OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU DID NOT PAY US.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bondvia (and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees) harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert governing jurisdiction — e.g., the laws of Pakistan or the State of X], without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  • Unless prohibited by local law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [city/country] and you and Bondvia each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If you prefer a court, you may bring claims in the small claims court for your county. (Tailor arbitration/jurisdiction text to your legal strategy and local law.)

16. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by email and update the Effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

17. Third-party links & services

The Services may contain links to third-party sites, services, or content. Bondvia is not responsible for third-party practices or liabilities. Your use of any third-party products is governed by their terms and policies.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms in connection with a merger or sale. You may not assign your rights without our consent.

  • Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  • Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional posted rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Bondvia regarding the Services.
