Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FunTalker: Video Chat Random ("FunTalker," "we," "our," or "us"), operated by strangerchat.partner. By downloading, installing, or using FunTalker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use FunTalker.
Who We Are and What FunTalker Is
FunTalker: Video Chat Random is a live random video chat application that connects adults around the world through live video and audio calls, text chat, and a random user-matching system.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and strangerchat.partner. By creating an account or using any feature of FunTalker, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Age Restriction and Age Verification
3.1 Age Declaration
When you create an account, you must truthfully confirm that you are 18 or older. Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate, permanent account termination.
3.2 Google Play Age Signals API
We use Google Play's Age Signals API as part of our age eligibility and child safety compliance program. This API uses signals from a user's Google account, device settings, or Play profile to help determine whether a user meets the minimum age requirement. By using FunTalker on an Android device, you acknowledge that:
- Google may provide age-related signals to us through the Age Signals API
- We may rely on these signals to restrict access to users who do not meet the 18+ age requirement
- If Google's signals indicate you may not be 18 or older, your access to FunTalker may be limited or denied automatically
- Age signals are used only for access control — they are never stored by FunTalker beyond the session check
3.3 Our Rights
We reserve the right to request additional age verification from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
COPPA — No Use by Children Under 13
FunTalker is not directed at, and is not intended for, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has registered on our platform, please contact us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com.
Account Registration
FunTalker uses an anonymous guest session — no email address or Google account is required. You create a nickname and complete age verification to begin. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information (username, date of birth, profile photo if applicable)
- Keep your account secure and not share access with others
- Not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without authorization
- Not create accounts to evade bans or circumvent our moderation systems
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
CSAE Prohibition — Zero Tolerance
The following are expressly prohibited on FunTalker:
- Sharing, requesting, or facilitating the production or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, or text
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Using FunTalker to contact, recruit, or exploit individuals under the age of 18 for sexual purposes
- Any communication that sexualizes or exploits children or adolescents
- Sharing any content that depicts or implies the sexual abuse or exploitation of any minor
6.1 Reporting Obligations
If you encounter any content or behavior on FunTalker that appears to involve CSAM or CSAE, you must report it immediately using the in-app reporting function or by contacting us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com. We are legally required to report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
6.2 Detection and Enforcement
We use automated content scanning tools and human content moderation, including Google ML Kit for real-time on-device detection, and industry-standard hash-matching technologies (such as PhotoDNA) to identify known CSAM. Positive identification results in immediate content removal, account termination, and mandatory reporting. There are no exceptions, warnings, or appeals for CSAE violations.
Acceptable Use
FunTalker is a global adult social video chat platform. You agree to use it responsibly and lawfully at all times.
- Treat all other users with respect and dignity
- Keep your face visible at all times during video calls
- Use FunTalker only for lawful purposes
- Report users who violate these Terms using the in-app Report button
- Keep your profile nickname appropriate and non-offensive
- Using the App if you are under 18 years old
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornographic material in video calls or messages
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting race, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or disability
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity
- Recording, screenshotting, or sharing video or audio from calls without explicit consent
- Commercial solicitation, spam, or pyramid schemes
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm others' devices
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with users
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
Privacy and Data Use
Your use of FunTalker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
- Collection of camera, microphone, profile, and device data to operate the App
- Use of Google Play Age Signals API for age verification (signals not stored beyond session check)
- Non-VIP users: advertising served by CAS.ai (AdMob, ironSource, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral)
- VIP subscription removes all advertising and CAS.ai tracking
- WebRTC video calls are never recorded by FunTalker
- Retention of moderation logs for safety and legal compliance purposes
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Weekly: Rs 300/week — auto-renewing
- Monthly: Rs 600/month (50% OFF) — 3-day free trial — auto-renewing
- All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Uninstalling FunTalker does NOT cancel your subscription
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies
- VIP removes all in-app advertisements
- Gender filter "Female" is a VIP-only feature
Deleting your FunTalker account does NOT automatically cancel your active VIP subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play before or after deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Refund Policy
All in-app purchases and subscription fees are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. FunTalker does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play Support — visit Google Play Help: Request a refund
- For subscriptions, cancel via play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions first, then contact Google Play Support for a refund review
- Google Play generally processes in-app purchase refund requests submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction
- Subscriptions where the free trial has been used and the current billing period has already started
- Purchases where VIP benefits (ad removal, gender filter access) have already been activated and used
- Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms — no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period
- Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the original purchase (subject to Google Play’s policies)
Intellectual Property
All rights in the FunTalker application, its design, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by strangerchat.partner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.
By uploading a profile photo or sending messages, you grant FunTalker a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.
Content Moderation
We maintain active content moderation to enforce these Terms and protect our community. This includes:
- Google ML Kit automated on-device detection during video sessions (near real-time)
- PhotoDNA hash-matching for known CSAM detection
- Human moderators reviewing reported content — child safety reports are highest priority
- In-app Report button with categories: Underage, Child abuse, Sexual content, Fake info, Faceless/black screen, Harmful content
Moderation decisions may be appealed by emailing strangerchat.partner@gmail.com. We are not liable for user-generated content but will act promptly on confirmed violations.
Disclaimers
- FunTalker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or matches
- FunTalker is not responsible for the conduct of any user on the platform
- Use of FunTalker is at your own risk
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, strangerchat.partner and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
- Conduct of other users on the platform
Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless strangerchat.partner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of FunTalker or any of its features
- Any content you upload, transmit, display, or make available through the App
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Any misrepresentation you make, including a false declaration of your age
- Your interactions or disputes with other users on the platform
We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. In such a case, you agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any claim that imposes any obligation, liability, or restriction on us without our prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
14.1 Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FunTalker will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You and strangerchat.partner agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
14.4 Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to strangerchat.partner@gmail.com within 30 days of the date you first accept these Terms. Your opt-out notice must include your name, User ID, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
14.5 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court for matters involving intellectual property infringement, CSAE violations, or imminent harm.
14.6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. For EU users, applicable EU consumer protection and data privacy laws apply.
Termination
15.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → App Setting → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your personal data is removed upon confirmation. There is no grace period.
Alternatively, email strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with your User ID and a screenshot of your profile screen.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, for safety reasons, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use FunTalker ends immediately.
15.3 Effect of Termination
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any accrued obligations survive termination of these Terms.
Google Play and Third-Party Platforms
FunTalker is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is subject to Google's Terms of Service. The following Google services and APIs are used within the App:
- Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Google Play Age Signals API — for age verification and child safety compliance (signals not stored)
- Firebase / Google Analytics — for crash reporting and analytics
- Google ML Kit — on-device real-time content moderation during video sessions
US State-Specific Compliance
17.1 Utah — Minor Online Protection Act (MOPA)
Under Utah's Minor Online Protection Act (Utah Code §§ 13-71-101 et seq., effective May 7, 2026), social media platforms must take reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing services not designed for them. FunTalker complies with MOPA by:
- Requiring age confirmation at registration
- Using Google Play's Age Signals API to restrict access for users who may not meet the age requirement
- Terminating accounts where we have reasonable cause to believe the user is under 18

17.2 Louisiana — Age Verification Law (Act 440 / HB 142)
Louisiana's age verification law (effective July 1, 2026) requires commercial services to implement reasonable age verification measures before allowing access to material that may be harmful to minors. FunTalker complies by:
- Requiring affirmative age confirmation before account creation
- Using Google Play's Age Signals API to assist with age verification
- Refusing service to users who do not meet the 18+ age threshold

17.3 Other State Laws
We monitor evolving state-level age verification and online safety legislation across the United States and will update these Terms as new laws take effect. Users in all states are subject to the 18+ age requirement regardless of state-specific law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will display a notice in the App or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of FunTalker after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and strangerchat.partner regarding your use of FunTalker and supersede any prior agreements.
