Bondvia is committed to maintaining a safe platform for adult users and has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sexual extortion, and any other exploitative behavior involving minors.
Bondvia is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the service.
1. Age Restriction
Our service is designed only for adults. During onboarding, users must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older before continuing. If we learn or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend or permanently remove the account and take additional action where appropriate.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Bondvia:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative material involving minors
- Sexualization of minors in any form
- Grooming, enticement, solicitation, or predatory behavior targeting minors
- Requests for sexual content involving minors
- Trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or sexual extortion involving minors
- Sharing links, usernames, codes, or external resources used to exploit minors
- Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate abuse, harm, or exploitation of children
3. Safety Measures on Bondvia
To help maintain a safer environment, Bondvia may use and enforce:
- User reporting tools
- User blocking tools
- Manual review of reports and complaints
- Moderation actions against accounts that violate our policies
- Restriction, suspension, or permanent removal of harmful accounts
- Internal review of suspicious behavior and abuse patterns
These measures are intended to reduce harmful activity and support enforcement of our Community Guidelines.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, abuse, grooming, or other serious safety concerns, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting tools.

5. Enforcement Actions
If Bondvia detects or receives credible information about content or conduct related to CSAE or CSAM, we may take immediate action, including:

- Restricting or disabling account access
- Permanently banning the account
- Preserving relevant records where required for safety, investigation, or legal compliance
- Reporting the matter to law enforcement or appropriate authorities when required by applicable law
