Child Safety & CSAE on Bondvia — What You Need to Know

Bondvia is for adults only (18+). Your safety — especially protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — is one of our highest priorities. This post explains, in plain language, what we do to keep the app child-free and safe, what you can do if you see something wrong, and how we respond when someone reports suspected abuse.

1. Bondvia is for adults only

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Bondvia.

  • If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the app. If you believe a minor has an account, please report it immediately so we can remove it.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse & exploitation (CSAE)

Bondvia has a zero-tolerance policy for any sexual content or activity involving someone under 18. This includes:

  • Sexual photos or videos of minors

  • Requests or attempts to solicit sexual content from someone who may be under 18

  • Grooming, sexualized conversations with minors, or attempts to meet minors for sexual purposes

If we find content or behavior that involves a minor, we remove it immediately, suspend the account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

3. How you can help — report & block

If you see anything suspicious or illegal, please use our in-app tools right away:

1) Report

  • Tap Report on the profile, chat, or stream.

  • Choose the reason that best matches what you saw (there’s a clear option for “Sexual content involving a minor / Under 18”).

  • Add details if you can (usernames, timestamps, screenshots) — this helps our safety team act fast.

2) Block

  • Tap Block to instantly stop that user from contacting you.

Tip: You can report anonymously — the person you report will not be notified who made the report.

4. What happens after you report

  • Immediate review: Our safety team prioritizes reports that indicate possible CSAE. Content is removed from public view while we investigate.

  • Evidence preservation: If the report indicates CSAE, we preserve the original content and related metadata (timestamps, device/IP info) for investigators.

  • Law enforcement: We will report confirmed or strongly suspected CSAE to appropriate law enforcement or child-protection hotlines. We cooperate fully with official investigations.

  • Feedback to reporter: Where possible and allowed by law, we’ll notify you that the report was received and that action was taken.

If someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services right away — then report it in the app.

5. Safety features we provide

  • 18+ age checks at signup to prevent minors from joining.

  • Report & Block buttons on every profile, chat, and live stream.

  • Sensitive Content Control: A setting you can enable so explicit content is filtered from discovery and recommendations. (This does not replace reporting — if you see sexual content involving a minor, always report it.)

  • No in-app recording: Bondvia does not record or store live video/audio calls by default.

  • 24/7 moderation: Our team and automated systems work together to detect and remove dangerous or sexual content involving minors.

6. What to include in a good report

When you report, include anything you can to help our team investigate:

  • Username or profile link of the offending user

  • Screenshots (if safe to take) showing the content or conversation

  • Date and time when you saw it

  • Any message text or other details you remember

Even small details help us act faster.

7. If you’re a parent or guardian

  • If you believe your child (under 18) has an account, contact us immediately at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with proof of relationship and the account details so we can investigate and remove it.

  • Encourage your child to never share personal or sexual images with strangers and to block and report anyone who makes them uncomfortable.

8. Confidentiality & support

  • We handle CSAE reports with care and confidentiality. Our safety team uses trauma-informed procedures and limits who can access preserved evidence.

  • If a report requires external support (hotlines, local services), we will provide guidance and contact details where applicable.

9. FAQ (short)

Q: Can I stay anonymous when I report?
A: Yes — reporters can remain anonymous.

Q: Will you tell the reported user who filed the report?
A: No — we do not reveal reporter identities.

Q: How fast do you act on CSAE reports?
A: We remove flagged content immediately from public view and prioritize CSAE reports for urgent human review. Confirmed CSAE cases are reported to law enforcement without delay.

Q: What if I accidentally reported someone?
A: Contact support at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com and we’ll investigate and correct any mistake.

10. Emergency contacts

If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
For online CSAE reporting, contact your country’s child protection hotline or law enforcement. If you’re in the U.S., you can report to the NCMEC CyberTipline; elsewhere, contact your local authority.
