Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Bondvia account at any time. Before you proceed, please read the important subscription notice below.
📲 How to Delete Your Account
Deletion is done directly inside the Bondvia app. Follow these steps:
Method 1
Delete from inside the app — recommended

Open Bondvia & go to Profile tab
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar to open your profile.

Tap the Settings (⚙) icon
In the My Profile screen, tap the Settings icon (⚙) in the top corner to open App Settings.

Find Account Setting → Delete Account
Inside App Setting, look for Account Setting. Tap Delete Account to begin the deletion process.

Read the subscription warning & confirm
A warning screen appears. If you have an active VIP subscription, tick the mandatory checkbox to confirm you understand your subscription must be cancelled separately via Google Play.

Re-authenticate & confirm
Google Login users must verify identity with Google before deletion is confirmed. You can then choose to delete immediately or schedule deletion after a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account.

Request deletion by email — if you cannot access the app

Find your User ID in the app
Open the Profile tab in Bondvia. Your User ID (a numeric code, e.g. 160811) is displayed directly below your name on the My Profile screen.

Take a screenshot of your My Profile screen
Capture a screenshot clearly showing your profile picture, name, and User ID. This is required to verify account ownership.

Send your deletion request by email
Email strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with your User ID and the screenshot attached. Our admin team will locate your account and process the deletion.

Admin verification & confirmation
Our admin will find your account using the User ID. If any further verification is required before deletion, they will reach out to you for clarification. Deletion is processed within 30 days of the confirmed request.
🗑 What Gets Deleted
The following data is permanently removed when your account is deleted:
Profile & account info

💬 Note on matched users: Chat messages you sent to other users remain visible in their conversation history as it is their data. Your display name will change to [Deleted Account] and your profile photo will be replaced with a default avatar. New messages to your deleted account are blocked.
🔒 Legal & security data: Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes even after account deletion, as required by applicable law.
🕑 Deletion Timeline
What happens after you confirm deletion:
Within 30 days
All your data is permanently deleted from Bondvia servers within 30 days of your deletion request.
30-Day Grace Period
Changed your mind? Log back in within 30 days to cancel the deletion and fully restore your account and data.
✅ Your GDPR right to erasure is fulfilled by submitting an account deletion request through the app. Your data will be removed within 30 days as required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
🔒 CCPA Right to Deletion (California Residents)
- If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
- How to exercise this right: The in-app account deletion process (Settings → App Setting → Delete Account) fully satisfies your CCPA/CPRA Right to Delete. No separate request form is required.
- What gets deleted: All categories of personal information listed in the “What Gets Deleted” section above — profile, photos, messages, matches, interests, and personal details.
- Timeline: Deletion is processed within 30 days (compliant with CCPA’s 45-day maximum response requirement).
- 30-day grace period: Bondvia offers a 30-day grace period. If you log back in within this window, your deletion request is cancelled and your account is fully restored. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- Exceptions: Some data may be retained as permitted by CCPA — for example, for security purposes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance obligations.
- Email alternative: You may also submit your deletion request to strangerchat.partner@gmail.com. Include your User ID and a screenshot of your Profile screen for identity verification. Processing time: within 30 days of confirmed request.

One last reminder before you go
Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription
If you have an active Bondvia VIP subscription, you must cancel it separately through Google Play. Deleting your account will not stop future billing. Please cancel before or after deleting — do not skip this step.
