How to Delete Your Bondvia Account
Official account deletion guide for Bondvia by strangerchat.partner
If you want to delete your Bondvia account and associated app data, you can request deletion either from inside the app or by contacting us through the method below, even if the app is no longer installed on your device.
Option 1: Delete your account inside the app
- Open Bondvia.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Open Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the deletion notice and confirm your request.
Option 2: Request account deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, send your deletion request to:
strangerchat.partner@gmail.com
Please include the following details in your email:
- User ID (visible in your Bondvia profile screen)
- Email address used for signup
How to find your User ID
Your User ID is shown on your My Profile screen in the Bondvia app below your name.
Account deletion process
- Your account deletion request will be reviewed and verified.
- After verification, your Bondvia account will be permanently deleted.
- The deletion process is normally completed within 7 days.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile information
- Name and profile details
- Profile photo uploaded to the account
- Interest selections and editable profile fields
- Other data directly associated with your Bondvia account
Data that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained temporarily where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
