At Bondvia, we value your privacy and want to ensure you have complete control over your personal data. If you decide to stop using Bondvia, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.


How to Delete Your Account

1. Delete Account from the App

  • Open the Bondvia app.

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

  • Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed:

  • Your profile, chats, call history, media, and preferences will be permanently removed.

  • Any purchased services or subscriptions will also be terminated.

  • Certain records (e.g., payment history or security logs) may be retained for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes for a limited time (up to 90 days).


2. Guest Login Accounts
If you signed in as a guest user, only minimal temporary session data is stored. Once deleted, your guest session data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.


Data Retention Policy

When you delete your account:

  • Deleted immediately: Profile, chats, media, preferences.

  • Retained temporarily (up to 90 days): Security logs, transaction history (for fraud prevention, billing, and regulatory compliance).

  • Not deleted: Data required by law or where retention is necessary for dispute resolution.
