1) Our Community Purpose

Bondvia is a global, interest-based social communication platform for adults (18+). Our goal is to provide a respectful environment where users can connect through live video chat and text messaging for cultural exchange, language practice, and hobby discovery. Bondvia is not a dating or matchmaking platform.

2) Respectful Behavior

All users must:

  • Treat others with respect.
  • Communicate politely during chats and calls.
  • Respect cultural differences.
  • End conversations respectfully if uninterested.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Bully, intimidate, or shame others.
  • Use hate speech or discriminatory language.
  • Engage in aggressive, abusive, or harmful behavior.

3) Prohibited Content

A) Sexual or Explicit Content

  • Nudity or sexually explicit behavior during live video calls.
  • Sexually suggestive gestures, language, or content.
  • Sharing explicit images or requesting explicit content.
  • Sexual solicitation of any kind.

B) Child Exploitation (Zero Tolerance)

Bondvia has zero tolerance for any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, or any attempt to involve minors. Any such violation may result in permanent bans and reporting to relevant authorities when required.

C) Illegal Activities

  • Promoting or selling illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prohibited items.
  • Weapon sales or trafficking.
  • Fraud, scams, or financial exploitation.
  • Impersonation or identity deception.

D) Harmful or Dangerous Behavior

  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide.
  • Promoting violence, threats, or extremist content.
  • Inciting harm against individuals or groups.

4) Live Video Chat Rules

During video calls, users must:

  • Remain fully clothed and behave appropriately.
  • Avoid offensive gestures, harassment, or intimidation.
  • Avoid displaying inappropriate objects, hateful symbols, or illegal items.
  • Not record or redistribute video calls without consent.

Bondvia does not record video calls by default. However, users are responsible for their conduct during live interactions.

5) Spam & Commercial Use

You may not:

  • Send repetitive or spam messages.
  • Promote external apps, websites, or services.
  • Sell products or solicit payment.
  • Request money, gifts, or financial assistance.
  • Promote cryptocurrency schemes or suspicious investment offers.

6) Interest-Based Matching Integrity

Bondvia matches users based on selected interests. Users may not:

  • Use fake profiles or misleading identity details.
  • Use stolen or copyrighted images.
  • Misrepresent age or create accounts for minors.
  • Manipulate interest tags to mislead other users.

Providing false age information may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

7) Reporting & Blocking

Bondvia provides in-app tools to block and report users, and to control chat and call permissions. If you experience or witness a violation:

  1. Use the in-app Report feature.
  2. Provide accurate details.
  3. Do not retaliate or escalate the situation.

Our moderation team reviews reports and may take action to protect the community.

8) Enforcement & Moderation Policy

Bondvia may take actions including:

  • Warning notices
  • Temporary chat restrictions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to relevant authorities in severe cases (where required)

Enforcement decisions are made to protect user safety and platform integrity.

9) Privacy & Safety Reminder

For your safety, avoid sharing sensitive personal information such as financial details, passwords, or home addresses. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and security.

10) Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, hack, or bypass app security.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Use automated tools to disrupt the Service.

Such actions may result in immediate permanent bans.

11) Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines periodically to improve safety and comply with platform policies. Continued use of Bondvia indicates acceptance of updated rules.
