Bondvia is a global social video chat platform for adults. Together we build a space where real people make genuine connections — with respect, authenticity, and safety at the core.
We believe that real connections happen when people feel safe being themselves. These guidelines exist not to restrict you — but to make sure every person on Bondvia has a great experience. Please take a moment to read them.

Use your real photo with your face clearly visible. Authentic profiles build real trust. No avatars, stock images, or heavily filtered photos that hide who you are.

Treat every user with kindness. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying — in messages, video calls, or profile content. Disagree respectfully or move on.

Stay Safe
Never share your home address, financial details, passwords, or personal ID with anyone on the platform. Protect yourself and report anyone asking for this information.

Photo Rules
No nudity or explicit content in your profile picture or photo album. Our system detects nudity even when your face is visible in the photo. Keep it real, keep it respectful.

Video Chat Conduct
Keep your face visible at all times during live calls. Do not expose your body or point the camera away from your face. A polite behavior reminder appears before every call.

No Spam or Bots
No unsolicited promotional messages, fake profiles, or automated bot behavior. Every person on Bondvia deserves a genuine human interaction.

18+ Platform
Bondvia is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Users under 18 are blocked at signup via birthdate verification. If you believe a minor is using the app, report them immediately.

Explore Interests
Bondvia connects people across 25 interest categories — from music, fitness, and travel to gaming, art, and food. Use your interests to find people who share your passions.

Photo Removal Policy: Any photo already in the app that is subsequently found to be inappropriate will be automatically blurred in-app and removed without prior notice. This applies to all photos uploaded at any time, including before these guidelines were in effect.

Use the in-app Report button on any profile or during any video call. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.

✓ Reports involving child safety (Underage and Child Abuse categories) are flagged as highest priority and trigger immediate moderator review — not queued with general reports. Our team can escalate to law enforcement when required.
⚖ What Happens When You Break the Rules
We want to keep Bondvia a great place for everyone. Here’s how we handle violations.
First Violation — Warning
Your content is removed and the violation is logged. You receive a warning and can continue using the app.
Second Violation — Account Review
Your account is flagged and reviewed by our moderation team. Temporary suspension may be applied while under review.
Severe Violation — Immediate Permanent Ban
Accounts that commit serious violations (CSAE, violence, explicit content) are permanently banned immediately without prior warning.
Child Safety Violation — Permanent Ban + Legal Referral
Any content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — including child sexual abuse material, grooming, or any exploitation of minors — results in an immediate permanent ban and mandatory referral to law enforcement, NCMEC, and relevant authorities. No warnings. No appeals.

Guest Users: Stricter moderation applies to anonymous sessions. After 2 violations, your guest session is permanently blocked with no appeal path. Link your Google account for standard moderation terms.
🚫 Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) — Zero Tolerance
- Bondvia maintains ZERO TOLERANCE for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms, without exception.
- CSAE includes: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, exploitation, solicitation, or any content that sexualizes, endangers, or harms minors — including images, video, messages, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated content.
- NCMEC CyberTipline: ALL CSAE reports are immediately escalated to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- No warnings issued. Immediate permanent account termination upon detection or confirmed report.
- Law enforcement referral in all cases involving CSAE, without exception.
🛡 Zero Tolerance — Child Safety
Bondvia has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits, harms, or endangers minors. This includes images, video, messages, or any form of content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Detection results in immediate permanent account termination and mandatory reporting to NCMEC via the CyberTipline and to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. There are no exceptions, no appeals, and no warnings for this category of violation.
🇺🇸 State Compliance Notice (2026)
Utah Minor Online Protection Act (eff. May 7, 2026)
Bondvia enforces an 18+ age gate at registration. No minor accounts are permitted on the platform. No targeted advertising to minors. Bondvia is compliant with Utah’s Minor Online Protection Act (Utah MOPA).
Louisiana Age Verification Act (eff. Jul 1, 2026)
Age verification is enforced at registration. Users under 18 are blocked from creating an account. Bondvia uses Google Play’s Age Signals API as an additional age verification layer, supplementing our birthdate-based registration gate. Compliant with Louisiana’s Age Verification Act.
