Data We Do NOT Hold

The following categories of data are not collected or retained by Bondvia. Requests for this data cannot be fulfilled regardless of the legal process presented.

  • No video recordings of any kind — video calls are not recorded, stored, or logged on Bondvia's servers at any time.
  • No biometric data — Bondvia does not collect facial geometry, fingerprints, voiceprints, or any other biometric identifiers.
  • No precise GPS location — only country-level location approximation may be derived from IP address at the time of registration. Real-time location is never tracked.

  • No real names or email addresses for Guest Login users — guest accounts are fully anonymous by design. No identity information exists to be disclosed.

Emergency Disclosure — Imminent Harm

🚨 Emergency Voluntary Disclosure

In cases involving an imminent risk to life or serious physical harm, Bondvia may voluntarily disclose limited available information without formal legal process. This authority is used sparingly and in good faith consistent with applicable law.

To invoke emergency disclosure, contact us immediately:

  • Email: strangerchat.partner@gmail.com
  • Subject line must be exactly: EMERGENCY — Bondvia — Imminent Harm
  • Include in the message body: agency name, badge or case number, nature of the emergency, and specific user identifier (Bondvia User ID or email address if known)
  • Response time: within a few hours of receipt during active monitoring periods
🚫
Scope limitation Emergency disclosure does not apply to routine investigations, cold cases, property crimes, or any matter that does not involve an immediate, credible threat to human life or physical safety. Misuse of the emergency channel may result in delays for genuine emergencies.
5

Preservation Requests

Law enforcement agencies may request a preservation hold on specific account data while formal legal process is being obtained. Preservation does not constitute disclosure — preserved data will not be released without a subsequent valid legal process document.

How to submit a preservation request:

  • Email strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with subject line: DATA PRESERVATION REQUEST — Bondvia
  • Include the specific user identifier (Bondvia User ID, email address, or username), your case number, and law enforcement agency name
  • Preserved data will be held for an initial period of 90 days
  • The preservation period may be renewed for one additional 90-day period by submitting a renewed request before the initial period expires
  • Preserved data will not be released without a subsequent subpoena, court order, or search warrant of appropriate scope
🔒
Preservation does not equal production. A preservation request secures data against routine deletion only. To receive the data, a separate legal process request meeting the requirements in Section 1 must be submitted within the preservation window.
