Section 01

All Payments via Google Play Billing

Bondvia processes all VIP subscription payments exclusively through Google Play Billing (Google LLC). Bondvia does not operate its own payment gateway or directly collect any financial information from you.

Specifically, Bondvia:

  • Never directly handles your payment card, bank account, or financial data
  • Never stores your payment method details on its servers
  • Does not have access to your Google Play payment credentials
  • Cannot view, modify, or cancel billing records on your behalf

Fully managed by Google: All billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment processing for Bondvia VIP subscriptions are managed entirely by Google Play. Your payment security is governed by Google's privacy and security policies.

Refund Requests — Google Play Only

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a Bondvia VIP subscription, you must submit your refund request directly through Google Play. Bondvia cannot process refund requests directly, as all billing transactions are owned and managed by Google.

How to request a refund via Google Play:

  • Visit your Google Play subscriptions page and locate the Bondvia charge
  • For recent purchases (typically within 48 hours), Google Play may offer a self-service refund option directly in your account
  • For other refund requests, contact Google Play Support through the Google Play Help Center
  • Google Play typically reviews refund requests within 48 hours for recent purchases; complex cases may take longer

Google Play's decisions are final: Refund approvals and denials made by Google Play are outside Bondvia's control. Bondvia cannot override, reverse, or appeal Google Play's refund decisions on your behalf.

No Refunds for Used Subscription Periods

Bondvia VIP subscriptions are digital services that are immediately activated upon purchase. Access to all VIP features begins the moment your subscription is confirmed by Google Play.

As a result of this immediate activation model:

  • We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been used or accessed
  • If you accessed or used any VIP features during the billing period, the subscription is considered "used" for that period
  • Partial refunds for unused days remaining in a subscription period are not available through Bondvia
  • Simply not using the app during a billing period does not automatically qualify for a refund

Your Google Play rights are not affected: This policy applies only to refund requests directed to Bondvia. It does not affect any rights you may have under Google Play's own refund policy for eligible purchases made through the Google Play Store.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To stop future billing charges, you must cancel your Bondvia VIP subscription through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain VIP access until that date.

Step-by-step cancellation instructions:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right) → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions
  3. Find "Bondvia" in your active subscriptions list and tap on it
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
  5. You will retain full VIP access until the end of the current billing period, even after cancellation

Critical warnings — please read carefully:
  • Uninstalling Bondvia does NOT cancel your subscription — you will continue to be charged
  • Deleting your Bondvia account does NOT cancel your subscription — billing will continue through Google Play
  • You must cancel directly through Google Play to stop all future charges

Both plans are auto-renewing. You will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through Google Play before the renewal date.

Billing Disputes & Contact

For billing disputes or questions that Google Play cannot fully resolve, you may contact Bondvia directly. Please note that our ability to assist is limited to providing information — we cannot override Google Play's billing or refund decisions.

📄 Include Your User ID (visible in your Profile tab), the specific charge you are disputing (amount and date), and your Google Play order number from your purchase confirmation email
⏰ Response We aim to respond within 3–5 business days
🚫 Limitation Bondvia cannot override Google Play billing decisions. For disputes about charges made through Google Play, your primary recourse remains Google Play Support .

Tip: Always have your Google Play order number ready before contacting us. You can find it in your Google Play purchase confirmation email or at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory .
