Refund Policy

Bondvia VIP is a paid subscription that removes all ads and unlocks exclusive features. This policy explains how billing works, how to request a refund, and how to cancel your subscription. VIP is available to Google Login users only — guest session accounts are not eligible.

Bondvia offers two auto-renewing VIP plans via Google Play.

⚠️ Guest login users are not eligible for VIP. A Google Login account is required to purchase or activate a Bondvia VIP subscription. Anonymous guest sessions cannot subscribe to VIP.

Bondvia does not process payments directly. All VIP purchases, renewals, and billing are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing.
- Your payment details are held by Google, not by us
- All receipts and invoices are issued by Google Play
- Billing disputes are handled by Google Play support
- Subscription renewals are managed automatically by Google

No Direct Refund Capability
Bondvia cannot access, modify, or refund any payment. We do not store your Google Play payment information and have no ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Google Play.

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap your profile icon in the top right, then select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Order history".

Find the Bondvia VIP purchase and tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".

Follow Google's prompts to complete your refund request. Google will review and notify you of their decision.
Alternative: You can also submit a refund request at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory from a web browser. Google Play's refund decisions are final and at Google's sole discretion.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Used Periods Are Non-Refundable
- If you have used VIP features during a billing period, that period is typically non-refundable.
- Cancelling VIP stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. VIP access continues until the period ends.
- Partial-period refunds are not available through Bondvia. Google Play may grant refunds at its sole discretion.

Google’s 48-Hour Window
Google Play may approve refunds for purchases made within a short window (typically within 48 hours of purchase) under Google's standard policies. Bondvia has no influence over these decisions.

Tap your profile icon → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions".

Find Bondvia in the list and tap it.

Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

After Cancellation
- VIP access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- When the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier and AdMob ads resume.

Critical: Account Deletion
Deleting your Bondvia account does NOT automatically cancel your VIP subscription. You must cancel through Google Play separately and independently before deleting your account to stop future billing. Bondvia is not responsible for charges incurred after account deletion if you have not cancelled your subscription.
📲 Important: Uninstalling the Bondvia app does not cancel your subscription. Always cancel through Google Play Subscriptions before uninstalling to avoid continued charges.

Disputing a Charge
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:
- First, contact Google Play support — Google handles all billing and is best placed to investigate.
- If unresolved, contact us at strangerchat.partner@gmail.com with subject "Billing Dispute — Bondvia VIP" and include your Google Play Order ID.
- We will investigate and assist where possible.

Unauthorised Purchases
If you did not authorise a VIP purchase:
- Report the charge to Google Play immediately for a refund review.
- Enable Google Play purchase authentication to prevent future unauthorised purchases (Google Play → Settings → Authentication).
- Contact us if you need further assistance.

VIP benefits active for the duration of your paid subscription period.

- Ad-free experience — AdMob advertisements are disabled entirely for VIP members
- No AdMob data collection — AdMob tracking (Google Advertising ID, device info, usage data) is disabled for VIP subscribers via Bondvia
- Gender filter — ability to filter matches by gender (Female filter)
- Priority matching — where available
Note on ads: Bondvia uses only AdMob (Google LLC) for advertising. There are no third-party ad networks (no CAS.ai, no ironSource, no Unity Ads, no AppLovin). VIP removes AdMob ads and the associated AdMob data collection. Non-VIP users consent to AdMob personalized advertisements by using the free tier.
📄 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bondvia VIP after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
